Recent Chrome update has disabled the Unity plugin. Enabling Unity3D will take only a few seconds:
- Open a new tab and enter chrome://flags/#enable-npapi in the address bar
- Click Enable below the yellow text: Enable NPAPI
- Click Relaunch Now at the bottom of the page
